Our ESL tags cannot run independently via direct Bluetooth connection from mobile phones, and a dedicated base station gateway is mandatory for full system operation.

All electronic shelf labels rely on the base station to receive data and synchronize display content from the management software. Without the supporting gateway, standalone price tags fail to receive update commands or function normally. This dedicated gateway design also stabilizes wireless communication across the whole supermarket environment.
