German bakery electronic shelf Label project
On October 22, 2021, we received an inquiry from the German customer on the Internet, and we got in touch with the customer within one hour. We learned that the customer has 25 bakery chains in Germany, and we need to provide a set of solutions.
After a detailed understanding of the customer's bakery area, distribution locations in Germany, network environment within the store, internal structure of the store, and number of SKUs within the store, we propose the following solution.
● Each store is equipped with 100 HS420B black electronic shelf labels.
● Each store is equipped with 2 Access points due to internal structural issues during decoration.
● The software is installed in the server at the headquarters and the pricing is directly modified by the headquarters.
● All installation accessories for HS420B are fully installed and an additional 5% is required according to customer requirements.
● Customers do not need to interface with POS or ERP, they can directly provide the customer with an authorization code to activate the software.
● Design display templates for clients
Throughout the implementation process of the project, everything went smoothly. It took over a month from the beginning to the end, and the customer was very satisfied. They promised to use the same electronic shelf labels for new stores in the future and integrate them into the headquarters' electronic shelf label management system.
