The earliest contact with Irish client Daniel was on December 3, 2020, when they first received an inquiry from our company's website. The client initially expressed interest in our ESL products and expressed interest in finding and deploying ESL solutions. They also expressed interest in running a pilot project aimed at conducting initial testing of ESL products and gradually expanding it to the entire 50 chain supermarkets in Ireland.

All detailed information about the ESL solution is required, such as shelf labels (type, size, etc.), application servers, any available software (such as layout design, interfaces, etc.), communication/gateway solutions, suspension/installation, integration interfaces, etc.
We also attach great importance to the various questions raised by our Irish client Daniel. We not only sent Daniel detailed information on ESL, as well as all the detailed information such as videos/images/integrated files, but also led our engineering team to have a 5-hour video conference with the technical team of our Irish client Daniel. Finally, we successfully answered all their technical software and other questions, and successfully signed the contract.
The entire implementation process was also very smooth, from initial contact to final completion, taking only one and a half months. The customer was very satisfied with the landing of the project and expressed that they would gradually replace all paper labels of other stores with our electronic shelf labels.
